Remote access has been restored!

We’ve had reports from remote students that they are getting an error message when trying to connect to library databases (“the web page dml.regis.edu is not working”) or that the page never loads when trying to connect to a database. The problem is related to a firewall upgrade yesterday and ITS is working on the issue.

This problem is affecting only remote connections. Librarians at the Research Help desk will help retrieve articles for students who contact us (library@regis.edu; 303-458-4031). There is no estimated time the issue will be resolved.
